山西大醫院神經內科在干擾素對多發性硬化病人體內Th17細胞和相關細胞因子的影響方面取得研究進展
研究團隊前期對多發性硬化（Multiple Sclerosis，MS）病人體內Th17細胞和相關細胞因子IL-17、IL-23表達水平進行了薈萃分析。研究結果發現，與健康人群相比，MS病人外周血CD4+ T細胞中Th17的比例明顯增高，血清中IL-17、IL-23水平也明顯增高。研究成果“Levels of peripheral Th17 cells and serum Th17-related cytokines in patients with multiple sclerosis: A meta-analysis”以論文形式，在《Multiple sclerosis and related disorders》SCI期刊上發表。

近期，研究團隊進一步圍繞干擾素（Interferon- beta,IFN-β)治療對MS外周血中Th17細胞比例和IL-17、IL-23表達水平的影響進行了薈萃分析。結果發現，IFN-β可以降低MS外周血中Th17細胞的比例，同時可以降低血清中IL-17、IL-23水平。研究成果“Effect of Interferon-beta treatment on the proportion of Th17 cells and related cytokines in multiple sclerosis: a meta-analysis”以論文形式，在《Journal of Interferon and Cytokine Research》SCI期刊上發表。
