一、招生項目
臨床醫學、公共衛生學、護理學等專業碩士研究生、博士研究生項目(附件）Graduate Programs (Master's and Doctoral) in Clinical Medicine, Public Health, Nursing, and Related Disciplines. (Refer to Attachment )
二、申請資格 Eligibility
1. 申請人須為持有效外國護照的非中國籍公民；The applicant must be a non-Chinese citizen holding a valid foreign passport;
2. 申請人須身心健康，無傳染性疾病和精神疾病既往病史，在本國有完整的學習經歷和工作經歷，品行良好，無犯罪記錄。Applicants should be physically and mentally healthy, have no past medical history of infectious diseases and mental illnesses, have a complete study and work experience, have good conduct, and have no criminal record.
3. 愿意了解中國歷史文化，遵守中國政府法律、法規及學校規章制度，尊重中國人民的風俗習慣；Applicants are willing to understand Chinese history and culture, abide by Chinese government laws, regulations and Shanxi Medical University’s rules and regulations, and respect the customs and habits of the Chinese people;
4. 碩士學位項目申請者, 應具有與中國學士學位相當的學位，年齡在18周歲以上、40歲周以下；博士學位項目申請者, 應具有與中國碩士學位相當的學位，年齡在18周歲以上、45周歲以下；Applicants for a master's degree program should have a degree equivalent to that of a Chinese bachelor's degree, and should be over 18 years old and under 40 years old; applicants for a doctoral degree program should have a degree equivalent to that of a Chinese master's degree and be over 18 years old and under 45 years old;
5. 學習成績優良，或須達到百分制70分以上；Applicants should have excellent academic performance, or more than 70 points on the 100-point system;
6. 具有良好的中英文讀寫能力，漢語水平考試（HSK）須達到四級及以上水平。Applicants should have Have good reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English, and the Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) must reach level 4 and above.
三、申請材料 Application Materials
1. 護照：申請者須提供個人普通護照的個人信息頁。原為中國公民、后加入外國國籍者，根據《中華人民共和國國籍法》第三條，還須提供無中國戶籍證明。Copy of passport within the validity period (full passport, copy of non-blank page)(According to Article 3 of the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China, any individual who was a Chinese national and then acquired a foreign nationality shall provide a Certificate of Cancellation of Chinese Household registration.)
2. 學位證明: 碩士專業申請者，須提交學士學位證明；博士專業申請者，須提交碩士學位證明及學士學位證明。應屆畢業生可先提交預計畢業證明，學位證明須在入學前補交。Degree certificate: Master's degree program applicants should submit their Bachelor's degree certificate. Doctoral degree program applicants should submit both their Master's and Bachelor's degree certificates.Applicants who will not graduate before the application deadline must provide a pre-graduation certificate from their current academic institution. 3. 成績單: 碩士專業申請者，須提交本科期間完整的成績單；博士專業申請者，須提交碩士及本科期間完整的成績單。應屆生可先提交現階段成績單，最終成績單須在入學前補交。Academic transcript: Master's degree program applicants should submit the academic transcript of their undergraduate study. Doctoral degree program applicants should submit academic transcripts of both their graduate and undergraduate studies. 4. HSK成績證明：碩士專業申請者須提供HSK4級成績證明；母語為中文或使用中文完成大學學習的申請者，須提供相關文件，獲得所申請院系許可后，可免交HSK成績證明。HSK certificate and score report for programs offered in Chinese. For related requirements,please check the program remarks in 'Catalog of Graduate Programs 2023'. Applicants whose native language is Chinese or whose university study is conducted in Chinese can be exempted from the requirement to submit an HSK score report -to qualify for exemption,applicants must provide relevant documents and obtain the permission of the school/department they are applying to.
5. 個人陳述：碩士專業申請者僅須提交個人陳述；博士專業申請者須提交個人陳述及一份簡要的研究經歷或研究計劃。Personal statement. Master's degree program applicants should submit a Personal Statement.Doctoral degree program applicants should submit both a Personal Statement and a brief introduction of their research experience or research plan.
6. 兩份推薦信：推薦人須為副教授或相應職稱以上的學者，或者相關行業內的資深專業人士。Two academic recommendation letters from scholars who have the title of associate professor or higher, or senior professionals in a related academic field. Please follow the instructions on the online system for submission of online recommendation letters or upload the recommendation letters signed by references.
7. 無犯罪記錄證明；Certificate of None Criminal Record;
8. 經濟擔保：符合當地中國使領館簽證要求的銀行存單、或父母在職收入情況證明、銀行流水等；Financial Statement (bank deposit certificates that meet the visa requirements of the Chinese embassies and consulates in the local area, or evidence of parents’ in-service income, bank liquidity, etc.);
9. 外國人體格檢查記錄復印件；Photocopy of foreigner physical examination records;

四、獎學金 Scholarship
1. A類獎學金為來晉留學政府獎學金，用于獎勵來c7c7.app接受博士層次和碩士層次教育的優秀外國留學生，獎學金標準為：博士每學年每人25000元；碩士每學年每人20000元；并免交學費。The A-class scholarship is a government scholarship for studying abroad in Shanxi, which is used to reward outstanding foreign students who come to Shanxi Medical University to receive doctoral and master's level education. The scholarship standard is: 25000 yuan per person per doctoral year; Master's degree is 20000 yuan per person per academic year; And exempt from paying tuition fees.
2. B類獎學金為學費獎學金，用于獎勵來c7c7.app接受博士層次和碩士層次教育的優秀外國留學生，免交學費。B scholarship is tuition fee scholarship, which is used to reward outstanding foreign students who come to SXMU to persue doctoral and master degree. The student will be free from tuition fees.
五、申請方式How to apply
1. 申請人登錄申請系統： https://smu.at0086.cn/Student，查詢2025年度招生簡章和專業目錄等信息，確定擬申請的專業，填寫入學申請表。Please log in the application system: https://smu.at0086.cn/Student to inquire about the admission information and fill in the Application Form.
2. 通過初審的申請人參加由相關院系組織的面試或筆試。Applicants who have passed the preliminary examination will participate in the interview or written test organized by the department that you apply for.
3. 學校根據申請材料、復試結果等綜合評核，擇優選拔，確定錄取名單，被錄取者繳納學費后，郵寄錄取通知書和《外國留學人員來華簽證申請表》。Based on the application materials and two-round assessment results, the school will select the qualified candidates, and mail the admission letter and other materials to the candidates.
