圍繞我國特色高發惡性腫瘤食管癌,聯合食管癌高發區(山西、新疆、潮汕等地區)腫瘤病理學、腫瘤外科學、腫瘤放化療等臨床研究人員,組建了“消化系統惡性腫瘤防治山西省科技創新重點團隊”、“食管癌發病機理及轉化研究山西省重點實驗室”,聚焦我國高發區食管癌遺傳變異分析、分子標記物篩查及驅動基因分子調控網絡研究。聚焦我國高發區食管癌遺傳變異分析、分子標記物篩查及驅動基因分子調控網絡研究,搭建了我國食管鱗癌多組學數據庫,在國際上率先從克隆進化角度揭示了食管鱗癌高異質性,揭示了食管鱗癌 DNA 甲基化特征全貌,鑒定了一批與食管鱗癌發生發展及轉移、預后顯著相關的基因及信號通路,揭示了食管鱗癌免疫逃逸的可能機制;基于多個獨立隊列的大樣本多組學測序數據,鑒定了我國食管鱗癌的臨床分子分型標記物,強有力地預測了患者的預后生存,提出了我國人群食管鱗癌分子分型的建議標準;基于食管鱗癌患者病理圖像及影像組學數據,開展了病理圖像特征、影像組學特征與生物標志物的關聯研究,系統解析病理圖像及影像組學在食管鱗癌療效與預后評估、新治療靶點和食管鱗癌發生發展的生物機制,為建立融入病理圖像及影像組學醫學人工智能分析平臺,促進精準化個性化的智能醫療應用和發展奠定了堅實的基礎。
